AIR TURNS INTO WATER: Our system operates by drawing in free-flowing air from the surrounding environment. This atmospheric source serves as the foundation for our water generation process, allowing us to extract and utilize the moisture present in the air to produce clean and accessible water.

WATER IS FILTERED: To ensure the highest quality of water, our system incorporates multi-layer air filters. These filters effectively remove dust and dirt particles from the incoming air purifying it before it enters the water generation process. This step guarantees that the water produced is free from any contaminants thereby providing a safe and clean water source.

WATER IS CONDENSED: The AQ.2 utilizes ambient heat exchange to condense the humidity present in the air into liquid water. This process involves transferring heat from the air to a cooling surface causing the moisture to condense and form droplets of water. By harnessing this condensation process, we efficiently convert atmospheric humidity into a usable and sustainable water source.

WATER IS PURIFIED: After the water is condensed from the air, it goes through a multi-layer water filtration and purification process. This ensures that the water is free from impurities and contaminants making it suitable for various uses. How much water does Aquaphant’s AQ.2 generate in a day?

Aquaphant’s AQ.2 ranges from 1.6 gallons to 4.6 gallons of water produced per day depending on the environmental conditions around the machine.

Is water from Aquaphant AQ.2 safe? Does Aquaphant purify and filter the water it produces?

To create water safe for drinking purposes as well as general use, the AQ.2 sends water through a series of air and water filtration processes that eliminate particles of up to 2.5 microns (i.e. most microscopic contaminants). The air filters remove all the dirt and suspended particles in the air before it is even made into water. The quality of the water produced exceeds U.S. EPA and WHO drinking water standards.

Does AQ.2 work at all humidity levels?

The AQ.2 starts the water production process from a minimum temperature of 59°F and 25% humidity. The higher the humidity and warmer the weather, the higher the quantity of water produced per day.

How is the AQ.2 different from a dehumidifier?

While similar in concept, the AQ.2 focuses on producing as much water as possible per unit of energy. While dehumidifiers can also produce water as a byproduct, it is extremely energy-intensive to use a dehumidifier to create water as the main product.
